C-Crets with PeoplesLab

During 2025 PeoplesLab continued collaboration with C-Crets, adding two podcasts on building coalition across racial identity differences. C-Crets, a program created by Keith Powell and Ricky Robinson in 2020, supports persons of color DEI employed in dominantly white structured industries, yet left to struggle on their own in this environment. Our collaboration began in 2021 when PeoplesLab was developing skills training + dialogue sessions on Whiteness and Antiracism. Currently, we are refining training and dialogue to support cross racial engagement and allyship.
