Acosta Institute Fellowship

Acosta Institute invited Dorit Cpyis to join their inaugural Fellowship program in 2025-2026. After decades as a visual artist, educator, and conflict mediator, Cypis found herself in deep reflection to reimagine “how I might better integrate my artistic practice with the PeoplesLab tools I have developed for personal and collective transformation.” The fellowship has offered a spaciousness for deep exchanges with a diverse cadre of cross-generational professionals dedicated to “creating a global community of transformative leaders who embody healing-centered values, fostering cultures of resilience, innovation, and social justice within the worlds of education, business, & beyond.”
