CEII Advisory Committee – Artist Representative - District 3

Dorit Cypis was invited to participate on the CEII Advisory Committee for the 2022-year session. In April 2017, the Los Angeles County Arts Commission (now Department of Arts and Culture) released its Cultural Equity & Inclusion Initiative  (CEII) report. An 18-month public process led to ensuring that everyone in LA County has equitable access to arts and culture, and to improve inclusion in the wider arts ecology for all residents in every community. The LA County Board of Supervisors approved five recommendations from CEII and directed Arts and Culture to maintain the CEII Advisory Committee as a committee of the Arts Commission. The Advisory Committee known as ACII began meeting in June 2018.
