We invite leaders in civic, business, education and cultural spheres to consider our Tools of Engagement (T.O.E.) training modules. There is incredible potential for creative synergy toward generative relations and social justice if we apply new constructive tools to repair loss of trust, reach across our differences with mutual allyship and shift othering into a fabric of mutual belonging.
Tools Of Engagement (T.O.E.)
We currently offer 3 modules via Zoom or in person.
Basics
Our Basics course is an introduction to key PeoplesLab principles of communication, including somatic, reflexive and procedural tools to explore identity, difference, conflict and possibility.
Conflict Clinic
The Conflict Clinic elaborates on key PeoplesLab principles of communication to address each participants’ unique personal and professional experience of conflict, building their capacity to design and implement new options of engagement.
Coaching
One-on-one coaching focuses on the individual’s unique needs in addressing identity and conflict in their personal and professional life.
