Acosta Institute Fellowship

In April 2025 Dorit Cypis was invited by the Acosta Institute to join their year-long Fellowship program. After decades as a visual artist, educator, and conflict mediator, Cypis found themselves in deep reflection to reimagine “how I might better integrate my artistic practice with the PeoplesLab tools I have developed for personal and collective transformation.” The fellowship has offered a spaciousness for deep exchanges with a diverse cadre of cross-generational professionals dedicated to “creating a global community of transformative leaders who embody healing-centered values, fostering cultures of resilience, innovation, and social justice within the worlds of education, business, & beyond.”
