L2OVE: Listening to Others Valuing Everyone, 2024, was a proactive framework of listening circles and dialogue developed in collaboration between Dorit Cypis and Jefferey Stewart at University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).

PeoplesLab designs and hosts an interactive virtual town hall session in collaboration with Monique Thomas of the California Institute of Technology Center for Inclusion & Diversity.

In 2019, PeoplesLab worked with Community Corporation of Santa Monica over 6 months to build trust, define a Vision and Mission, recognize skills, strengths and challenges, initiate a structure to develop action plans, and build capacity for engaging the diverse residents living in the affordable housing units managed by CCSM.
